Ramón Jáuregui (San Sebastián, Spain, 1948) is the chair of the Spanish delegation to the Group of the Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament. He is a member of the Constitutional Affairs committee and co-chair of the Euro-Latin America Parliamentary Assembly (Eurolat). His long political career has been linked to PSOE, and it includes positions such as member of the Spanish Parliament, vice-president of the Basque government, and ministry of Presidency under the government of prime minister Rodríguez Zapatero.
