Miguel Silva Graça is an Architect and was awarded a PhD in Urban Planning by the Universidad de Valladolid, Spain. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from ISCTE-IUL, Portugal. He also has a degree in Architecture from the Faculdade de Arquitectura - Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, Portugal.
