Jan Cremers is associated with the Law School of the Tilburg University. He acted as a European trade union leader and was a Member of the European Parliament. In 2013, he received an honorary Doctor of Letters degree at Westminster University ‘in recognition of his services to the European Social Policy’. He publishes regularly on the posting of workers, labour migration, workers’ rights and industrial relations.
